Prayer is one of the greatest tools one can have in the world because it opens the door to a dialog with God. Prayer is simply talking to God. The fact that God invites us to “approach God’s throne of grace with confidence” (Hebrews 4:16) and talk directly to him, is amazing! But prayer is also listening to God and involves solitude and quietness of soul. Prayer is personal and corporate. Prayer is vital to spiritual life. Prayer is essential to seeking the heart of God and developing a deeper relationship with Him. Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. We offer several opportunities for organized prayer at The Bridge. |
