Whatever your circumstances, we have resources to help.  We don't want you to 'go it alone'!  Moving is stressful, more so if you have just located overseas.  If you are struggling, going through a crisis of any kind, we are here to help.  At The Bridge we seek to provide a healing environment in which those who are distraught, in crisis or difficulty can share their innermost concerns and seek assistance in a safe, non judgmental and  confidential setting.  You do not need to be an attendee of The Bridge or of any other church to use our counseling services.   We offer this free service to provide confidential, comprehensive and effective short term counseling to any in the community who are English speaking.

We are here to offer support, encouragement and guidance all in a non-threatening way; equipping people to understand themselves and their reactions and to help them move forward with their lives. 

We focus not only on emotional healing, but spiritual wholeness as well.   We use an integrated approach to counseling; a Christian perspective in combination with proven psychological and therapeutic interventions. We embrace the pivotal truths of forgiveness, restoration, and grace of a Christian faith. 

We deal with many varied issues, including but not limited to; addiction, grief & loss, stress, anxiety, abuse, co-dependency, internal/external conflicts, spiritual concerns, depression, relationship issues, transitions & life changes, decisions that are causing concern.  We also provide referrals to Professionals and Doctors for diagnostics and long term counseling.
